| 摘 要： | 水土保持设施补偿费制度的建立和实施,在保护土壤资源和土地生产力等方面发挥了积极作用。考察了该制度的国家和地方立法现状并分析总结了地方相关立法及实践的经验,论证了我国现行水土保持设施补偿费法律制度的必要性,提出完善该制度立法的对策性建议。
