| Abstract: | The teacher's quality is the key to the quality education. The high-quality of the teachers exists in the following: the quality of the teachers' ideology and politics is the top priority,that is, teachers should have a good so-called teacher morality; second, teachers should have a solid foundation of the speciality knowledge and abilities to put the knowledge into practice; finally, teachers should also have a well-balanced psychology. |
