| Abstract: | Based on a comprehensive summary of practical experience, this thesis puts forward a guideline for graduates’ education, which is “Broaden research base, focus on the latest developments, form a team of research faculty and initiate self-renovation,” and concludes three training modes for top-notch innovative graduates. This thesis also expatiates the significance, specific measures and working effectiveness of strengthening the cultivation of top-notch innovative graduates, according to their types and characteristics. |
