| Abstract: | The present paper holds the view that the institutional innovation is the key to economic growth. In view of the restrictive factors of the present institutional innovation and its existing problems, the author puts forward fitted directions and countermeasures on how to make use of the institutional innovation to improve the economic growth in the minority areas in western China. |
