| 摘 要： | 全球化给传统的高校学生事务管理带来极大的挑战，同时也为高校学生事务工作者提供了更广阔的舞台，服务成为高校学生事务的核心。通过与美国的比较，对我国高校学生事务在全球化背景下的发展趋势进行理性思考，提出我国高校学生事务管理不仅要借鉴国外的先进经验，还要立足于本国国情，选择正确的发展策略：构建和谐校园、加强组织系统建设和工作任务整合、全面提升学生事务管理人才的素养。
