| Abstract: | In China,there are a large number of officials who were accountable for quickly returning to political arena.Some of the comebacks are unprincipled.Thus,the accountability system becomes merely superficial.In addition,government starts losing credibility as public becomes disappointing.It is crucial to have a system to regulate the comebacks of these officials.In particular,the system should follow the rules of Exceptional,Differential and Public. |
