| 摘 要： | 大学生就业时,不少企业要求大学生具有实践经验。在此背景下,实习成为大学生就业的必修课。要充分保障大学生实习权益,机制建设是关键:政府要尽快完善相关的法律法规,高校要加强教学改革,企业要加强社会责任感,大学生要加强法律意识。
