| 摘 要： | 现代农业是当前我国建设社会主义新农村、保持经济持续稳定发展的重要支撑。河南发展现代农业存在着资源紧缺、经营规模小、产业化水平低、资金投入不足、农民素质不高等问题,应通过开发农业新技术、促进土地承包经营权流转、推动产业化经营、加大资金投入、培育新农民等途径加以解决。
