| 摘 要： | 从政治学视角看,我国发生的各种群体性事件属于人民内部矛盾,其性质是非对抗性的、人民内部性的。中国的体制改革和社会转型引发的利益矛盾加深,而政治体制改革相对滞后,导致政治体系不健全不完善,社会政治生活面临一些弊端,一方面削弱了群众对党和政府的信任,另一方面又降低了政治体系应对群体性事件的效能。应对群体性事件,必须深化政治体制改革,加快建立健全兼顾社会各方面利益,确保经济社会持续、健康、稳定发展的政治体系。
