从语言文化的角度给壮语地名分类有语言分类和命名法分类。语言分类有构词类别和造词类别。构词类别有单纯词地名、复合词地名和词组地名。造词类别有原生地名和非原生地名。命名法分类有描述性地名、记叙性地名、寓托性地名。

The classifications of the geographical names of Zhuang language--A linguistic and cultural research on the geographical names of Zhuang language Ⅱ

Two ways to classify the geographical names of Zhuang language in terms of language culture are introduced: the classifications of linguistics and the classifications of denomination. The former includes the classifications of word formation and the classifications of word creation. In the respect of the word formation, there are 3 means to name a geographical place: by a single-morpheme word , by a compound word or by phrases .The latter, the classifications of word creation, consists in primitive geographical names and non-primitive geographical names According to the classifications of denomination, the geographical names include 3 types: describing names, narrating names and allegoric names.
