我国农村生态环境问题研究

我国作为一个农业大国,农业问题在整个国民经济中起到举足轻重的作用。要想使农业健康持续发展,必须加强农村生态环境的保护和建设。由于主客观因素的影响,使得我国农村生态环境得不到良好的循环,出现了土地退化、水资源短缺、环境污染、植被破坏等不利现象。鉴于以上种种现象,本文提出了具体的解决方案：加强农民的环保意识、建立健全农村生态环境预警监测网络工程、实行村屯合并,并建立自上而下的异地垂直领导的管理模式。

Research on Ecological Rural Protection of China

China as a large agricultural country,agriculture in the national economy play a decisive role. To enable sustainable development of agriculture and health,we must strengthen the rural ecological environment protection and construction.The ecological rural environment in China does not make a good circle owing to the objective and subjective factors.The writer proposes some concrete solutions,including enhancing farmers’ environmental awareness,establishing and improving the ecological monitoring network,setting up vertical leadership management style.
