我国食品安全监管体制的健全与完善

食品安全问题已经成为关系到国计民生的重大社会问题。近年来诸多食品安全事件的出现,暴露出我国食品监督管理方面存在许多问题,其中就有食品安全监管体制方面存在的问题,因此健全与完善食品安全监管体制迫在眉睫。本文针对我国现阶段食品安全监管体制存在的问题进行了分析,在借鉴国外食品安全监管体制经验的基础上,提出了健全与完善食品安全监管体制的建议。

Perfect China' s Food Safety Supervision System

Food safety issues related to people’s livelihood has become a social problem.From a number of food safety incidents in recent years,exposing China’s food supervision and management there are many problems. Food safety regulatory regime in which there is a problem area.Therefore,a healthy and improve the food safety regulatory system is urgent.In this paper,our current food safety regulatory structure of the problems are analyzed,drawing on foreign experience in food safety control system is proposed based on a sound regulatory system and improve the food safety recommendations.
