| 摘 要： | 一个民营企业如果无法塑造出适合企业生存的文化，进而用这种文化来促进企业的管理、发展的话，那么这个企业是难以成为一个知名大企业的。构建有特色的民营企业文化需立足于民营企业的特点，尤其要结合市场经济条件下企业的发展趋势，塑造民营企业文化。

| Abstract: | Without the creation of a culture suitable for the existence of a private enterprise which further manages and develops it, the enterprise may never develop into a well known big enterprise. The construction of a characteristic private enterprise should take into consideration the features of private enterprises as well as the trend of the development of the market oriented enterprises. |
