外层空间法中的热点问题评议

随着航天技术的突飞猛进，人类在探索和利用外空方面取得了重大进展。在商业化和私有化的大背景之下，外空活动已经发生了根本性的变革，几乎可以将现有发生的外空法的新发展都纳入该框架之内。随之而来的就是许多新的法律问题，亟待研究和解决。就此，文章选择近年来的一些外空热点问题作出简略的评述，以期在将来外空法的研究中能进一步深入展开。这些热点问题包括外空立法、外空产权、和平利用外空、外空旅游、外空环境、外空区域合作、外空融资等。
