| 摘 要： | 通过对市场经济和我国历史特征的分析，突出了中国与西方国家市场经济的不同特征，在总结和概括我国市场经济现状和影响我国市场经济健康运行成因的基础上，指出了中国的市场经济需要法德并建的紧迫性和重要性，并提出了可采取的措施。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of market economy and the historical characteristics of China, this paper points out the different characteristics of the market economy between China and western countries. Based on the summary of the present conditions and the causes that influence the healthy running of Chinese market economy, it also indicates the urgency and importance of constructing the laws and morality and comes up with some effective measures. |
