| 摘 要： | 高等院校作为高层次人才的摇篮,理应成为继续教育乃至终身教育体系的主体并发挥主力军作用.通过对高等院校开展继续教育的优势、面临的困难和存在的问题的探讨,提出了开展继续教育的十项对策.
