| 摘 要： | 经济全球化是当今世界经济发展的主导趋势。一方面,经济全球化对传统的国家主权观念造成严重冲击,导致了国家主权的弱化;另一方面,经济全球化对国家的职能提出了更高的要求,促使国家机构在某些领域的作用强化了。发展中国家在发展经济的同时,必须强调主权意识,既要以积极的态度参与国际竞争与合作,又要有效防范经济全球化带来的负面效应,以维护国家主权和民族独立性。

| Abstract: | Economic globalization is the guiding tendency of the world economic development at present. On the one hand, economic globalization has challenged the original notion of national sovereignty, which leads 10 the weakening of national sovereignty. On the other hand, economic globalization further strengthened the function of the nation and government in some field. Under the circumstances of emphasizing sovereignty, nations must guard against the harmful effects caused by economic globalization while taking an active part in international economic cooperation and competition. |
