| 摘 要： | 大众的政治参与是由传统社会向现代社会转型中必然出现的过程.它曾给许多转型国家带来了挫折与混乱.英国的政治传统、内源式现代化类型和阶级特点使英国能够比较平稳地渡过社会转型期,其经验值得转型国家借鉴.
