| 摘 要： | 通过对高效液相色谱法测定过氧化苯甲酰中标准物质的制备,纯度的检测方法以及高效液相色 谱仪最优仪器条件选择进行的实验和分析,找出最佳测定条件。并对吉林市市售45件面粉中过氧化苯 甲酰含量进行测定,均得到满意效果。 |

| Abstract: | This article relates that the high performance liquid chromatography determines benxoyl peroxide in flour. The preparation of standard substance, the examined method of purity and the selection of chromatograph optimum are experimented and analyzed. Moreover, it detects and analyzes forty- five portions of flours in our areas, and obtains satisfied results. |
