新时期高职院校师德建设的困境及对策

师德建设是教师队伍建设的一项核心工作，关系到我国教育事业的成败及健康发展。改革开放以来，尤其是新世纪新阶段，整个社会和学校教育的环境都发生了巨大的变化，高职院校师德建设出现了诸多新问题和新矛盾。因此，认真研究并解决高职院校师德建设出现的新问题，是当前高职院校一项重要而紧迫的任务。文章在提出新时期高职院校加强师德建设意义的基础上，从当前高职院校师德建设的困境入手，分析产生困境的原因，探讨加强和改进高职院校师德建设的对策。
