| 摘 要： | 棉花国际竞争力的标准主要是棉花价格、棉花品质和棉花市场营销。新疆棉花出口价格近年呈现高于国际价格走势，故价格竞争力优势渐失。新疆棉花品质质量处于国际中上水平，但有些指标明显偏低。而新疆棉花的出口营销更加滞后。这些都是直接降低新疆棉花国际竞争力的重要因素。
