| 摘 要： | 惩治贪污腐败是中国历代王朝治理国家,管理社会的重要内容。它主要通过加强立法、严格执法、加强监督、严格考绩制度以及强化封建教育等手段以治贪惩腐,它对于整饬吏治,维护社会稳定与发展起了积极的作用。它是古人留给我们的一笔巨大而又珍贵的历史文化遗产,许多内容对当今社会治理具有借鉴和启迪意义。

| Abstract: | It is the main task for each dynasty in ancient China to punish corruption and degeneration in administering the country. It is achieved by means of potentiating legislation, implementing law strictly, strengthening supervision, and so on, which have a positive role in strengthen up local administration and maintaining social stability. This gives us edification in punishing corruption in modern society. |
