摘    要:人力资源开发与管理活动在具体的环境之中进行,必须与环境相适应。影响当代人力资源开发与管理的新环境因素主要有经济全球化、知识经济、民主政治发展、组织结构转型、管理变革。这些环境因素规定了当代人力资源开发与管理的新特点和新趋向。

Abstract:The development and management of human resources is in the environment and should adhere to the environment.the new environmental factors are composed of globalization of economy,knowledge economy,development of democratic politics,transformation of organization structure,development of management.And as a matter of fact,some new features and new trend of the contemporary development and management of human resources are regulated by the environment.
