| 摘 要： | 利用1985-2007年8个区域的面板数据,基于似不相关回归模型(SUR模型)测算的全要素生产率为基础,采用面板协整的方法实证检验了外资的溢出效应,结果表明:外资与全要素生产率不仅存在因果关系,而且具有正向作用,说明外资是促进技术进步的重要因素。最后基于实证研究的结论提出了扩大外资溢出效应的相应建议。

| Abstract: | Based the panel data of eight regions from 1985 to 2007,TFP(Total Factor Productivity) calculated by irrelevant SUR model,and Panel Co-integration approach,we test empirically the spillover effect of foreign investment.Findings show that the relation between foreign investment and TFP is not only a causal sequence,but also has a positive effect,which illustrates that foreign investment plays an important role in promoting the progress of technology.Finally,the paper proposes some relevant suggestions on enl... |
