中国大学发展的质与量——中国一流大学与世界一流大学的比较分析

文章以中国科学评价研究中心2011年1月最新发布的《世界一流大学与科研机构学科竞争力评价报告》,以及中心多年来在评价过程中所积累的珍贵数据,对中国一流大学和世界一流大学进行了量化比较分析。中国高等教育长期以来的科研奖励制度、办学理念、教育模式、社会环境等多种因素综合作用导致了科研产出质量与数量的不均衡,这种不均衡性已经严重影响了中国高等教育的发展进程。

The Quantity and Quality of Chinese Universities Development:A Comparative Analysis between China-class Universities and World-class Universities

This paper makes a quantitative and comparative analysis between China-class Universities and World-class Universities,which is based on the results of Research Competitiveness of World-class Universities and Institutions Evaluation released by RCCSE and the valuable data accumulated during the evaluation process over the recent years.For a long time,many factors,including research award system,educational philosophy,educational model and social environment,have led to unbalance of quantity and quality of research outputs.The unbalance has affected seriously the developing process of China’s higher education.
