| 摘 要： | “德治”是儒家管理思想的核心和最典型特征。“修身、齐家、治国、平天下”既是儒家德治思想的出发点,又是它的主要内容。儒家“德治”管理思想建立在民本主义思想基础之上。儒家“以德为先”的思想,与党中央确立的“以德治国”的方略是内在统一的,研究这一思想对当前社会发展有现实意义。

| Abstract: | Rule by virtue is the core and the typical trait of Confucianist's administration thoughts.Cultivating one's moral character,regulating families,administering a country,and unifying the whole world are not only the starting points of Confucianism,but also its content.It is based on the idea of people first.The Confucianist's thoughts of moral being first is similar to the policy of running the nation by virtue established by Party Central Committee.Studying the idea has a practical significance to the development of the society now. |
