| 摘 要： | 科学研究过程中的社会责任是指科学研究者具有前瞻性事前责任:即科学研究者所应承担的事前伦理责任。本文论述了科学研究者在研究的过程中所应承担的社会责任:对生态环境的保护负责;对维护人类的和平和发展负责;对实现“可持续性发展”负责。此三者相辅相成,缺一不可。

| Abstract: | Social responsibilities in scientific research refer to those on the shoulders of scientific researchers before the research takes place.In other words,scientific researchers are at the beginning of their researches bound by certain ethical responsibilities.This paper discusses the social responsibilities that should be assumed by scientific researchers,which are believed to include that for environmental protection,that for peaceful development of mankind,and that for sustainable development. |
