摘    要:论述了大学生素质教育应把握适应时代与社会发展要求的培养目标 ,即大学生应具有较高的政治素质、思想素质、道德素质、知识素质、智力素质、能力素质、技能素质、科技素质、生理素质、心理素质、健美素质和审美素质。并论述了大学生素质教育应把握分阶段、分层次、有步骤和有计划的培养思路 ,即对一年级大学生着重进行素质意识与观念的培养 ,对二、三年级大学生着重进行各种素质训练 ,对四年级大学生在校内外实践中着重检验学生实践能力 ,提高他们的综合素质 ,开辟多种形式的培养途径 ,为大学生加强综合素质培养提供有利条件和良好氛围。

Abstract:This paper discusses these training goals for quality education for college students to grasp, which should be adapted to the times and social progress: College students should be imbued with high political quality, ideological quality, moral quality, intellectual quality, ability quality, skill quality, scientific and technological quality, physiological quality, psychological quality, healthy and graceful quality, and aesthetic quality. Also, It discusses these training steps toward such goals, which should be taken in a phased, structured, stepped and planned way: First year students should be trained to develop quality mentality or concept in particular. Second and third year students should be trained to develop all required qualities emphatically. The practical ability of fourth year students should be emphatically tested in practice both inside and outside the campus. Their comprehensive qualities should be improved at this stage. We should open up various training ways to provide college students with favorable conditions and a good atmosphere to strengthen their comprehensive qualities.
