| Abstract: | The theory of dynamic capabilities develops fast and is becoming a hot topic of strategic research,but how to build the capabilities is still an important and unsolved question.This paper tries to investigate the building problem from information technology capabilities(ITC).ITC are very important on each step of the process of building business dynamic capabilities.The paper intends to have significant cultivation of the dynamic capabilities of Chinese enterprises. |
