中国反家庭暴力二十年回顾与展望

从20世纪70年代起,西方学者开始对家庭暴力问题进行研究,发起推动立法改革和帮助家庭暴力受害者的社会运动,并取得阶段性成果.我国自从将20世纪90年代初家庭暴力概念引入学术研究范畴开始,相关研究也有二十年历史了.本研究通过梳理分析中国反家庭暴力问题被认识、被问题化的研究与实践脉络,从结构和资源角度,提出对未来中国反家庭暴力研究实践的展望.

Expectation and Review of Twenty Years＇ Domestic Violence Research in China

Since 1970s, western scholars have started the research on domestic violence, and launched the legislative reform and social campaign to help victims of domestic violence, which has achieved periodical successes. China introduced the concept of domestic violence into its academic research during 1990s, which has lasted for thirty years. This article raises the expectation for the domestic violence research from the perspective of structure and resource, basing on analysis of the path of research and practice which the issue of domestic violence were recognized and taken as a problem to be solved.
