| 摘 要： | 以“项目化管理、实事化落实,过程化监督”为要义的基层党组织“好项目”的立项实施,是提高高校党建工作针对性、操作性的有益探索,在基层党组织建设的内客以及方法上有所突破和创新,收到一定的效果。
