中国电信领域商业智能的研究与展望

摘    要:当前由于电信重组和3G牌照的发放,为了提高电信行业工作效率和服务质量,适应新业务的开展和激烈的市场竞争,商业智能受到电信业的广泛关注。本文在分析国内电信领域商业智能现状和趋势的基础上,对国内电信领域商业智能的市场格局,特别是商业智能的行业应用进行了研究,预测未来三年商业智能所面临的机遇和挑战,其启示是商业智能的应用将更加广泛,对于其产品以及相关的集成和应用要求也越来越高,必须充分认识到商业智能对于企业决策信息化的重要作用,以提高决策能力、决策效率和决策准确性。
