| 摘 要： | 社会主义和谐社会实质上是发展到中高级阶段的社会主义社会。构建社会主义和谐社会的关键是构建和完善以公有制经济为主体的经济基础,创新经济制度;与此相应,创新政治制度,创新思想文化体系。中国共产党执政的社会主义中国,具有实现这一宏伟目标的制度性优势和现实基础。

| Abstract: | Socialist harmonious society is,in essence,socialist society in its medium and high development stage.The key to the construction of socialist harmonious society is to build and perfect the economic structure with public ownership as the main body so to innovate the economic system;and to reform the according political,ideological and cultural systems.The socialist China with the Communist Party as the administrator enjoy the policy advantage and realistic foundation to attain the previously mentioned objectives. |
