| 摘 要： | 在知识经济时代，知识成为企业的核心资源，传统的企业组织结构受到严重挑战，知识经济要求现代企业组织能为知识的经济价值的实现提供保证。从组织权力结构和知识共享两个方面来实现知识资源的经济价值，是企业组织对知识经济的适应。在组织内部重新分配权力结构，突破组织成员之间的沟通障碍，扩大组织内部成员知识共享的范围，建立企业内部网络组织是适应知识经济的有效选择。
