公共产品供给对农村家庭消费的影响——基于多层模型的实证研究

扩大农村家庭消费是促进整个经济发展的重要推动力.农村公共产品供给状况是影响农村家庭消费的重要因素,同时,农村家庭消费也受到家庭特征的影响.因此,研究农村公共产品供给与农村家庭消费,需要控制家庭因素的影响,这使得农村家庭消费影响因素有多层结构的特征.利用2008年中国健康与养老追踪调查(CHARLS)中的家庭和社区数据,运用多层模型实证研究农村公共产品供给对农户家庭消费影响的结果表明,农村家庭消费状况因农村公共产品供给状况而异；农村交通状况对农村家庭消费有显著影响；燃料基础设施和村公共财政支出在随机截距模型中对家庭消费有显著影响,但在随机系数模型不显著.

On the Influence of Rural Public Goods Supply on Farmers'Household Consumption:Based on Multilevel Linear Model

Expanding rural household consumption can boost the regional economic development and the rural public goods supply is one of the key factors affecting rural household consumption.Meanwhile,rural household consumption is also influenced by the family characteristics.Therefore,the study on the rural public goods supply and rural household consumption presupposes the necessity of controlling family factors with multi-level features.Using the family and community data from China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS,2008),this paper conducted an empirical study on the influence of rural public goods supply on farmers′ household consumption.The results indicated that farmers′ household consumption varies with the public goods supply status and is influenced by the rural transportation.It is also predominantly affected by the fuel infrastructure and the village public expenditure in the random intercept model,but not remarkably in the random coefficient model.
