农村银行业市场结构与小企业信贷可获性——基于江苏县域面板数据的研究

本文运用1994 -2009年江苏省51个县(市)的经济金融相关面板数据,先用赫芬达尔指数测度样本期间51个县(市)的农村银行业市场结构,进而选用面板数据的固定效应模型分别实证分析了江苏省不同经济发展水平的苏南、苏中和苏北地区农村银行业市场结构变化对农村小企业信贷可获性的影响.实证结果表明:随着农村金融制度供给增加,农村银行业市场竞争程度提高,这有利于农村小企业信贷可获性的提高；进一步从不同经济发展水平地区看,经济发达地区农村银行业市场结构竞争程度较高,农村金融深化程度也较高,但农村小企业信贷可获性却较低.

On the Rural Banking Market Structure and the Credit Access of Small-sized Enterprises:Based on the County Areas Panel Data of Jiangsu Province

On the basis of the panel data for 51 counties of Jiangsu Province during 1994-2009 and the calculation of their credit market HHI index,this paper assessed the effect of rural banking structure on the credit access of small-sized enterprises in the south,middle and north of Jiangsu Province with different levels of economic development.The estimation results from a fixed effect model showed that with the increase of rural finance institutions,the rural banking market structure is more competitive,which helps improve the access to credit of small-sized enterprises.In addition,the study found that in view of different economic development,the more competitive rural banking market structure and higher rural financial interrelations ratio are found in the developed areas,but the lower access to credit of small sized enterprises is also found there.
