| 摘 要： | 在明王朝衰落和资本主义萌芽出现的背景中,丘浚继承与发展了“善因论”,针对现实,提出了自己的经济管理思想及主张：1．以“听民自为”作为管理国民经济的指导思想;2．主张以“配丁田法”管理土地;3．工商管理要适应“民自为市”的要求;4．货币管理要银、钞、钱三币并用,以银为“权”。

| Abstract: | In the time of Ming Dynasty being on waned and the seeds of capitalism beginning to arise, Qin Jun carried forward and developed the theory that the government should not intervene the private econondc activities. In the light of reality he advanced his own views on econondc management: 1.Taking the principle of anneAng the land without any restrictS as the gUiding ideology; 2. Managing the land by advocating the law that with possessing ceylon land one man must serve as corvee; 3. The management of industry and commerce should meet the needs of free market; 4. The management of currency should adopted the policy that silver, paper money and copper were used simultaneously, meanwhile silver was eden as standal for the rate of exchange. |
