高校教师职业行为法制化机制建设探析

摘    要:高校教师职业行为机制的建设是个系统工程,长期停留在道德层面的引导性机制在日益复杂的社会环境条件下显得力量不足,一些现行的约束性机制缺乏实效,严重影响了其职业目标的实现。因此,要把依法治教与以德治教紧密结合起来,按照"有效提高防范功能、严格强化底线效力"的思路,不断完善高校教师职业行为法制化机制,推进职业行为管理的法治化进程。
