| Abstract: | The ultimate value of constitution is to protect human rights.In this paper,comparison and analysis are made between different countries about different constitutions in protecting human rights.Then the history of human rights protection in China is reviewed.And the rational consideration is given to improve human rights protection.All that mentioned above are based on the basic theory of constitution and human rights. |
