| Abstract: | University owned enterprises urgently needs reforming. Under the guidance of the policies set forth by the Party's 15th Conference,the paper expounds and points out many problems and challenges of the university onwed enterprises in the process of reforms, ranging from old concepts,ways of reforms to measures to be taken based on the concrete conditions in order to further promote and deepen the present reforms in this respect. |
