知识经济时代下人力资源价值评估

随着知识经济时代的到来,企业成长乃至国家竞争力的增强,都依赖于知识和掌握知识的人才。知识作为生产要素的重要组成部分,成为经济增长中的关键因素,生产和传播知识的人力资源取代物质资源成为企业最重要的战略性资源。因此,正确评估人力资源价值是现代经济必须要解决的一个关键问题。通过借鉴国内外人力资源价值评估理论和方法研究,分析了我国人力资源价值评估的必要性和可行性;全面总结了现行人力资源价值评估方法,进行了比较分析和评价,提出了基于实物期权的人力资源价值评估模型,并将该模型在某企业中应用,对其人力资源价值进行评估,与传统的经济价值评估法相比较,验证了可操作性和合理性。

Evaluation of Human Resources in the Times of Knowledge Economy

With the arrival of the knowledge economy era,knowledge and people with knowledge are of great significance to enterprise growth and national competitiveness enhancement.As an important element of production factors,knowledge has become the key factor of economic growth.Human resources embodying the production and spread of knowledge have accordingly replaced material resources as the utmost important strategic resources for enterprises.It follows that the evaluation of human resources has become a key issue to be solved in modern economy.The article analyzes the necessity and feasibility of human resources evaluation in China,based on a review of studies on human resource evaluation theories and methods home and abroad.It further introduces a human resource evaluation model based on the options pricing and evaluation model.The model is then applied to a certain high-tech enterprise to evaluate its human resources,testing its validity by comparing the evaluation results with those of the traditional economic evaluation method.
