| Abstract: | Based on the three postulates of vacuum fluctuation, the preconditions of relativity and quantum mechanics, including velocity limit of any moving particle and energy-frequency relation as well as de Broglie wavelength expression of any matter are reached, and the significance of the study of vacuum fluctuation in the unification of physics theories is indicated. |
