| 摘 要： | 只有拥有强大的科技创新能力,才能转变经济的增长方式,实现社会经济的可持续发展,快速提升综合国力和社会文明程度。分析了激励对企业科技创新的作用,研究了激励理论与方法如何作用于企业的科技创新过程。提出了科技创新激励机制设计的目标和原则以及完善各激励制度的对策,从宏观和微观两个方面构建了完整的科技创新激励体系。

| Abstract: | Only with a strong scientific and technological innovation, the economic growth mode can be transformed and rapid so- cio-economic sustainable development can be achieved, the comprehensive national strength and the degree of social civilization can al- so be rapidly enhanced. This paper analyzes the role of incentive for science and technological innovation of enterprises and studies how the motivation theory and method are used in the process of science and technological innovation for enterprises. The objectives and principles of incentive mechanism for science and technological innovation are proposed and the improvement measures on the design of the incentive system are also put up, a complete system of scientific and technological innovation incentives for science and technology innovation is built from the macro and micro aspects. |
