浅谈在高校思想政治教育中构建和谐德育

在高校思想政治教育中构建和谐德育,具有促进学生健康成长、增强思想政治教育实效性等重要意义。高校和谐德育构建过程中存在教育者与被教育者不够和谐、德育方式与作用对象不够和谐、德育内容与社会要求不够和谐、德育力量之间不够和谐等问题。构建高校和谐德育应树立＂以学生为本＂的德育理念,丰富德育的方式方法和手段,增强德育内容的时代性和现实感,创设良好的和谐德育环境。

A Brief Study of the Construction of Harmonious Moral Education in University Ideological and Political Education

In terms of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,to build a harmonious moral education is of great interest and importance to the promotion of both students′ sound development and the effectiveness of ideological and political education,since arising in the process of the construction of harmonious moral education are some problems,which are demonstrated as several ＂disharmony＂ between the educators and the educatees,between the way of moral education and the targeted students,between the content of the moral education and the actual social demands,and the disharmony among the forces of moral education,so the construction itself should focus on several respects,which include establishing the education principle of ＂putting students first＂,enriching the educational ways and methods,enhancing the temporal feature and sense of actuality of the education,and building a better environment,etc.,
