| Abstract: | From the feature of knowledge economy and connotation, this article emphasizes the requirementof high qualified talented person for the future economic development. We should lay stress on the combi-naton with the practical situation of our contry, mastering the connotation of the talented person educationand its basic contents and also promoting the talented person education of colleges and universities. |
