高师院校“3+2”教师培养模式可行性探讨

摘    要:“3+2”模式 ,即选拔高师院校中非教育学专业的优秀专科毕业生到教育系进行为期两年的教育专业的系统训练 ,合格者授予教育学学士学位。它的实施旨在利用现有的教育资源 ,最大限度地提高未来教师的综合素质 ,使他们通过接受系统而全面的学科专业教育和教育专业教育 ,能够真正成长为适应基础教育改革与发展的“专家型”教师、“学者型”教师。从基础教育改革的需要、当前山西省师范院校及中小学教师的现状等方面来看 ,这一模式具有可行性 ,符合整合学术性与师范性的教师教育发展趋势

Abstract:The "3+2" mode means selecting 3-year graduates from non-education major to study for 2 more years majoring in education systematically to obtain bachelor degree of education. The purpose is, utilizing the present educational resource, to raise the comprehensive quality of future teachers to the extreme, so that the graduates may adapt to basic educational reform, and may develop into "experts" teachers and "scholar" teachers. From the requirement of basic education reform and present status of teachers in Shanxis normal colleges and schools, this mode is feasible, as it is in accordance with the educational development trend for teachers in conforming technicality and teaching practice.
