| 摘 要： | 针对中国社会发展对高层次教师的需求,综合大学办教育学院与高等师范院校内部非师范专业的迅速发展等问题,认为高等师范院校应顺应社会、经济、科技、教育和文化事业发展的需要,努力发展成为以教师教育为特色的综合大学、综合性师范大学、相对独立的高等师范院校等不同类型的教育实体;高等师范院校改革发展的战略途径应包括学科结构调整、专业设置转型、人才培养转型和学校中心工作转型等四个方面。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, the high lever teacher training is suffering higher pressure and facing challenges due to the following facts: the requirement of advanced teachers in the rapidly developing society, the education colleges founded by universities and the quick development of non-normal specialties in advanced normal universities.To conform to the trend of the developing society, advanced normal universities are suggested to transform into three types: universities with individual features of teacher training, normal universities of the comprehensive nature and independent normal colleges, involves subject adjustment, specialty reconstruction, transformation of fostering mode and central task of advanced normal universities. |
