| Abstract: | The Third Industrial Revolution will promote the new urbanization develop- ment of Guangzhou, and is a major opportunity to construct a low-carbon, smart, harmonious and beautiful Guangzhou. However, Guangzhou is currently challenged by weak technological innovation, industrial strength and action in industrial layout. In the future, Guangzhou needs to attach importance to the third industrial revolution, be forward-looking in industrial layout, strengthen innovation-driven strategy, promote industrial restructuring and upgrading, actively apply the latest scientific and technological achievements, promote cooperation, and enhance the city＇s comprehensive strength as a national central city. |
