| 摘 要： | 艾略特关于传统与个人创新的见解的新颖之处,在于他对传统作了重新言说,即把传统看成动态的而非静止的,积极的而非消极的;传统是对过去性和现存性、永久的和暂时的历史意识;传统具有权威性和开放性.这是一种极具辩证法和整合力的传统观.

| Abstract: | Eliot's originality concerning traditional and individual initiative views lies in his restatement towards tradition, namely: tradition is made dynamic rather than static, active rather than passive; tradition is awareness of permanent and temporary history about past nature and reality, with both authority and openness. It is a traditional outlook full of dialectics and concordance. |
