| 摘 要： | 在构建和谐社会的大背景下,传统高校师资管理模式弊端日渐显明,时代呼唤高校师资管理模式的创新,只有引入现代人力资源管理模式,建立和完善高校师资管理机制,树立以"教师为本"的管理理念,不断创新高校师资管理模式,才能提高高校师资管理水平,从而培养出高素质的创新型人才。
